Public Diary: Log your workouts!

Hey everyone! I wanted to start a thread where we can log our workouts, ask advice, and get to know each other. :)

So tell us a little about yourself, your BIGGEST struggle (doesn't have to be weight related), and what workout you did today, or what you are committed to doing today :)

I'm Emily, I'm a Medical Laboratory Science student (my fourth year of school), so I will have my first job probably around June when I finish my program. I have 3-5 tests a week so it's difficult to squeeze in workouts.

My biggest struggle: Just getting up and doing my workout, also not eating but overeating later.

Today I did T25 Core Cardio and it KICKED my butt. (Currently dripping in sweat)
Can't wait to hear from everyone :)
 
This is just a bit of a duplicate of what is posted in my diary

After warmup

CG Bench Press 3 X 10 @ 60 kg, much lower intensity than usual and 20 kg lighter.
PL DB Bench 1 X 10 @ 20 kg, almost forgot situps are a NoNo, had to drop the weights rather than sitting up with them as usual
Incline PL DB Press 3 X 10 @ 15 kg, light but at least I didn't need to sit up between sets like flat bench
PL Tricep Extensions 1 X 10 @ 30 kg, dropped weight at end of set, same safety concerns as PL DB Bench

5 km Walk at football fields
100 pushups
 
I like it. I have trouble with some of the harder choreography but I just keep moving. It will probably take me two challenges to get through the program because I'm doing weights every second day with the Dirty Thirty workout.

That sample of the 21 day fix has me really interested in doing it next.

Yesterday I did 6 k in an hour. I had a good sweat going on. :)
