Hey everyone! I wanted to start a thread where we can log our workouts, ask advice, and get to know each other. 
So tell us a little about yourself, your BIGGEST struggle (doesn't have to be weight related), and what workout you did today, or what you are committed to doing today
I'm Emily, I'm a Medical Laboratory Science student (my fourth year of school), so I will have my first job probably around June when I finish my program. I have 3-5 tests a week so it's difficult to squeeze in workouts.
My biggest struggle: Just getting up and doing my workout, also not eating but overeating later.
Today I did T25 Core Cardio and it KICKED my butt. (Currently dripping in sweat)
