Why give a cut to the gym?

When we used to train people who were just starting to exercise, we never used the gym. Body weight, benches, pullups at the playground, hills, etc. They'll get a better workout, and you won't have to pay any of their rate to the gym.

It worked so well, that we stopped training one-on-one and starting holding fitness camps. That's all we've done for the last 4 years and you can make quite a living off of it!

Of course, some clients will require the heavy weights, but even then, you may only need to visit the gym once or twice/week.
