Hi ptdirect. I've noticed that you've started your post about the same time as mine. I'm back for goods hope you are coming back soon too. Hey don't feel bad about eating too much or skipping your workouts. Make a schedule and stick to them. If you skipped one continue with the next one that you're supposed to do on the schedules. Try 20 min High intensity cardio. It works at least helps emotionally coz you don't need to stay too long and it saves your muscles. Good luck and hope to see you soon.
