I am down t0 160!!!!!. This is the smallest I have been in 3 years. I am getting so many compliments. I have 10lbs and it feels like i can loose them easily. I am going to start lifting wieghts when i get to about 155lbs or so. my body looks so much better. its amazing what loosing 20lbs over 6 months will do to your self confidence!!!
 
Congrates! That's a great task that you've undergone. Hope you're making exercise a part of your life now :D. Well I'm trying to make it a part of mine. I just started lifting weights too. I've read that it's good to have just one time total body workout. I spread my total body workout into 3 days per week. 1st day: chest and back 2nd day: shoulders , arms 3rd day: legs

I went to dallas this weekend and ate everything insite and now i am at 162 :( but its a minor set back and i will just work harder this week to get to 158!
 
I am back at 160. I am going to maintain this wieght for 2 or 3 weeks and then try and lose the last 10lbs. Has anybody ever had success with this?

If you feel you have to go to Wendy's after work you should try the BLT Chicken salad. It comes with Honey Mustard dressing, you can ask for lite dressing. It is sooooo good and super filling, if you can even finish it.

I have been slipping on my postings. I am offically back on the ball at 163. I am going to post my foods and workouts EVERYDAY!!!!!!! LOL
 
good luck with all of your efforts pt!! I feel like we are about the same in our goals and place we are... I'm trying to get to 150, and then set the next goal... this morning i hit the 159 mark... which i can't even remember the last time i weighed so little!

I really encourage you to post every day.. it really helps you to see that what you are doing is worth it and keeps focus on it. I think that if you tried to maintain where you are at for a few weeks that would be awesome.. but i also think that if you start posting every day and you will find the motivation to maybe loose a half pound or so a week, if not more. You can do this! we are all in this together =)
 
I FEEL BAD
Someone bought me some donuts and sausauge and egg crossaint for breakfast and I ATE IT ALL!!. It was so good!! Then on top of that i missed my workout this morning!!! I have got to get it together. I only have 10 more lbs to loose. Thanks for listening. LOL
 
Back Finally!!!

Ok im back. I have been gone a month or so but i am back in full swing. LOL
i am still at 160(thank u jesus) I am giving my self a month to loose this last 10 lbs. I promise i am going to post in my journal regularly. I will be back Later!!!!

Thanks everyone. I am sort of depressed now. I found out my boyfriend was cheating on me. Killed my self esteem but i am not going to let that get me off track! Screw him.
 
I got a new Job!! i start on 6th of April. I will be traveling 75% of the time. How do you achieve your wieght loss goals when you are traveling( working out and eating ) Please help me.

Don’t panic about food most places have a healthy dish on there menu. Try to stay away from creamy dishes. Most meals are larger portions than we need but you don’t have to eat it all, just eat your meals slowly and enjoy them it will give your tummy time to register that you are full, leave the rest on your plate. If what you are having comes with a sauce or gravy ask can you have it on the side that way you can control how much is on there.

Become a diva if you don’t want something on your meal tell them don’t worry about upsetting them...You are paying for the meal and you are eating it so you should have it the way you want it. Try to have some fruit and low fat snacks around (some things you can fit into your purse) so if you are caught on the run you can always have something that’s not going to go to your hips.

Do you have an exercise DVD or video? Probably best if you take one of each of these. There is always walking you can do it anywhere any time and its one of the best exercises you can do I think. And you never no your luck if you like working out in a gym …when you book in at any place ask were there nearest gym is and if it’s any good, they should be good for local knowledge.

Hey there.. haven't heard from you in a while... That is totally uncool about your boyfriend, but i'm glad that you got a new job - it gives you a chance to take your mind off of things. I'm hoping that with all the traveling you just haven't had a chance to post and that's the only reason we haven't heard from you.

I agree with rosered that walking would be a great way to exercise while traveling. If you are flying around, even justwalking through the airport between flights instead of sitting helps immensley! Good luck with all of that, and I hope to hear from you soon!
 
Hey im back!!! I have been studying for some test so i have not been able to post. I have gained 4 lbs. so i am at 164 I am going to seattle for a week then Alabama for Months!! There are NO gyms where i am going so this is not going to be easy but i am up for a challege!!
 
good luck babe! Try to do whatever you can to get out and walk or hike or whatever. Alabama in the summer will be warm - great time to get out and enjoy the world (in your free time of course) =)
