PT on the net

A personal trainer friend of my suggested I sign up to

it looks like a great site, from what I have seen. Is it worth the £70/year, or can I get all the info from other websites?

It's a life saver for those 'pain in the butt' clients that can't retain information that well, I have it and will continue to get it... you can design print offs for your clients w/ description, pictures, sets/reps, etc... plus not to mention a huge exercise/flexibilty library that has progressions, pictures, videos, etc...

Also, they have a research corner where you can ask questions, article corner where there's TON of articles, audio collection of speakers... Free CEC's, Virtual Workshops, etcs...

Cool, Thats all I wanted to know. Its always better to get someone's opinion before you sign up to things.
I'll sort it out tonight.

Thank you.

count me in for the recommendation!
