1.2 slab of BBQ Steak
.5 glass of powerade

1 salad with italian and the usual
1 pasta with marianara and all the spices
 
NEWS - Today I got a little naughty on the food, though I guess sometimes I just have to indulge.

5 pieces of butter-bread
half a cup of lemonade
 
how are you doing? I'm so jealous about the lasagna and the buttered bread... i am really in the mood for a binge italian night... but i'm too lazy to cook all of that, and too poor to go out rightt now... so i guess i have to wait until I move back home for the summer =)

Keep up the good work! I hope things are going well for you :)
 
Things are going well amomono, thanks for asking :). I think I need to up the excercising a bit though.... Im going to the gym tommorow.

Went to the mall and had a Venti Hot Chocolate at Starbucks
Had a Chinese Fast-Food at the Food Court
 
did you get to the gym today? you had said you wanted to yesterday... just trying to add a bit more motivation =) good luck!!!
 
Two more weeks or bust!

Yeah - that was the thing, I didnt today. It was either going to the school gym on campus or to the mall off campus. I really felt needing to get off school campus because I was really busy with testing these past few weeks and needed a refreshing change of environment for some stress-relieving, and so I choose the mall. School's about to end in these next two weeks, and then the summer will come! Once that comes, and I'll do summer school, I will spend plenty of time doing Winsor Pilates and gym workout at LA Fitness. :p That is if I survive my college finals! :eek:

i completely understand the need to just get away from it all! I have this huge paper due on Wednesday - and I haven't worked on it YET today... i went to church this morning, went shopping, potted some new flowers... maybe sometime around nine tonight i'll get started =P

you gotta do what you gotta do - and if you needed to get off campus, i'm glad you did =)

Turkey with gravy along with rice, shrimp, and peas
1 hotdog with ketchup and radish
3 peanut butter cookies with skim milk
1 apple

Now I feel quite full, was really hungry after the first dinner...

Dinner - here's where I fudged
I got a major Computer Science tommorow and I was studying at the CS help desk all day, and barely had time for dinner
So for dinner I had the only thing I could find within a good proximity ---
1 Barbeque Padinis Pizza
1 bag of Frizzled BBQ chips

1 Plate of Tatter-Tots with Ketchup
1 Sloppy Joe
Tried but couldnt finish a salad with italian
1 glass of orange juice

Dinner
Some strips of Steak
1 Mozzarella and Bleu Cheese
1 salad with italian and the usual
1 glass of orange juice
tried eating a beef quesadilla but couldnt eat

NEWS - the CS test went a bit haywire, and not as good as I suspected, but hopefully everything will work on in this class - as does everyone with college

Workout!!!!
65 minutes at average rate of 160 target heart rate, tried doing some pilates, but since I didnt have the video with me I had to do it by memory, but it didnt work out quite as planned, tried some weights and abs

Dinner (Im particularly proud of myself of this today) :)

1 turkey sandwich with tomato and lettuce and honey mustard
1 bowl of kellogg's special-k
2 glasses of orange juice
