protein shake

you mean without protein powder?

you'd have to use stuff like milk, cottage cheese, non-fat yogurt...

the problem is that those all contain lactose...a carb. its' really best to get a whey powder.
 
protein powder is chaeper and healther than anyother type of protien shake.
If its because u wanna get protein from ur diet you should eat meats.

Whey protiens are the way to go. They are basically the most "natural" supplements you can get. Theres no harm in trying it.
 
and if you think protein powder is expensive...well a decent brand should be less than $1 per serving. 3oz of cooked chicken is double that.
