I was going to get Biotest Surge but its been discontinued and plus it had way too many carbs, does anyone know of a good protein shake with very low carbs and fat? (since im cutting)
I was thinking of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, its got a really great price and has only 3 grams of carbs and 23 grams of protein. It has 155 servings in the 10 pound bag.
Anyone think this is a good one for me to get? (this is the first time buying a protein shake)
