proper techniques to workout

Does any1 know a website where i can find the proper way to do a dumbell curl bench presses and **** like that. Just like the proper ways to do alot of exercises. Or if you could just leave tips i dont really know. Ive been lifting for like a year and a half and ive been doing jeetkunedo for around 4-6 years. any help will be appreciated or how ever you spell that word. :D

ps. im not being lazy and not looking them up myself because i already have but ive seen a few different ways how to do some things and im looking for the best ways to do it and thats where you people with alot more expierence than me come in
