I am trying to avoid losing 20 pounds or around 11% of my body weight in 1-2 months again. I didn't eat right during my last HIIT workout. How much and what should I eat if I would do HIIT 3 times a week?
Currently I weigh 134 lb, am 5 feet 6 inches, and have a body fat of 10%, I want to get it down to 8% without HIIT eating my muscles like last time.

Does anyone know if a nice hot bath takes away your muscle soreness? I noticed that my extremely sore legs from last night's work out felt temporarily better after after a nice hot shower. So I'd think that a hot bath would work wonders.
