Hey well I am high school senior and I have exactly 4 weeks before prom, I am going to start P90X this week and do the first phase of it, and hopefully loose some weight and be good for prom. I m not obese or anything but really wanna loose around 10 pounds or so and Ill be good. I was wondering what luck people have had with P90X and I am going to start doing the double version of it, but you only work out once a day during the first phase and I was wondering if it was ok to also run in the mornings and do the workouts in the afternoon.
