AHey all!
I thought I'd start my own weight loss diary and food/weight journal. Full of my ups and ever increasing downs! I think my main issues are support and motivation as I'm a massive emotional eater and I need to de-sensify emotions & food! They do not go hand in hand. Food is just fuel for the body and I need to embed this sooner rather then later!
Anyway I'll update this as I go
any tips and advice along the way please help! It's all mutely appreciated!
