okay everyone.
looks like on this diet and project of mine i'm feeling results.
please keep in mind that my caloric defecit is just around 1300 a day.
i take in about 1200 calories a day, and my work outs are 2400-2600 calorie workouts.

as of today, my weigh-in this morning i was at 226.3lbs after a big breakfast.
i'm starting to see a little bit of exterior change. i have less of a double chin, my shirt sleeves have room for my arms now, and i seem a bit slimmer. i've also been getting verbal results from peers and such, so it's got to be working some how.
