Hello there everyone. 
My names Dan, 19 years old and I'm from the UK.
My height is 5'10 or 5'11.
Start Weight: 224lb
I used to be about 240-245lb when I was about 15-16 years old but I went to the gym alot for a couple of months and dropped to 225lb and I have maintained that since. It's time to lose more.
I'm not going to be following a specific diet plan as they have failed so much for me in the past. I just want to change my lifestyle food/exercise wise. I'm going to completly cut out all fizzy drinks, junk food and also try to do atleast some form of excercise every day. I work in the town centre, which is a 20-30min walk from my house. 5 nights a week after college. I try and walk to and from work atleast 2-3 of those 5 nights as well as excercise at home and going running ect.
My start weight is 224lb, which is 16 stone.
I wish to get down to about 200-203 which is 14 and a half stone, or less. But I'd be happy at that weight.
I don't have that much of a way to go, so I hope I can do it.
I have some weights and an excercise bike, - I will use those but I wan't to start running aswell.
