Progress

Well I started my new diet on November 1st, I have seen a difference in my attitude, my weight and my energy levels. I am no longer tired all the time and i always feel better about myself. I have lost around 10 pounds in the last 18 days from excersizing with my freinds by playing baksetballl during the week, then hitting the gym with my father on the weekend. So here is some progress, my diet has been pretty much low sugar and all healthy.

I have lost about 2 pants sizes am now 30
