progress

i posted this pic in my journal but guess that it`d get more views here.

i started to cut on the "get shredded diet" but to tell the truth i found it too hard so i upped the cardio.this is 6 weeks into a 3 month plan to get down to 8-10%body fat...... thanks in advance

Your not quite at 10%, but getting close. you can start seeing some upper ab definition

What is your current calorie intake? What does your routine look like?
 
cheers phate ..calorie intake about 3-500 below maintinance.
im currently doing a split routine back+bis
chest+tris
shoulders
legs mostly all compounds

I see a difference especially in the abs. keep it up,
How much cardio were you doing before you were trying to cut and how much are you doing now?

before i was doing very little maybe once twice a week for half an hour

now im doing ss cardio 5-6 times a week totalling between 35-45 miles.

this is just to reach my short term goal and i know i`ll probibily lose a little muscle but its working ok at the moment.
