It is amazing how extra weight makes you look so much older. i always wondered why my 21st birthday pictures looked like they were taken 10 years ago. anyways bro, you look sharp. and about your girl, i would go spit game at some local college cuties, it will get your mind right off of it. new beginings

Amazing, really amazing. You look really great, and dare I say VERY handsome. Don't worry about the chick. Chicks are drama (Yes, i am a chick.) You are gonna find someone in time that is even better, and you deserve the best. Congrats on your success!
 
Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. :) I really do appreciate it. It's just a huge hit to the self-esteem that I've been working hard to grow back, y'know?

In other news, I've been hitting the gym now for about 4 weeks and have started to notice some improvement, so that's nice. Hopefully in a couple months, I'll be closer to where I'd like to be!
 
You have already accomplished much more in your short time on this planet than most folks in North America ever will. To have lost such a tremendous amount of weight, kept it off, taken up exercising, and to have successfully published books! I am totally inspired and amazed. WAY TO GO!!!

The old pic of you makes you look 35 not 25. You look a lot younger now. Congrads with the great success. All these pics here is def a big motivation for me
 
Before I go ahead a blabb on I must say Wow! you've done such a wonderful job, you've proved that you can change and instead of heading towards your fathers path you went chose the healthy lifestyle

Phenomenal work! I know first hand how difficult it can be to change your lifestyle when all your life growing up you were surrounded by bad habits. Congratulations, you look great and must feel even better!
