i read most of the stickies around here about excercise and nutrition.
as far as me, i lift weights 3x times a week and i either try to do HIIT on the elliptical 5x a week or i use my stairs. Stairs i would use the first step and the ground and would do something like go up and down for a minute then as fast as i can for 30secs till i hit 15-20 mins. TO me the biggest impact was.........CALORIE COUNTING!! That to me is a must. Yeah you can excercise all u want, but it all leads down to calorie counting. Just keep reading around and try stuff to see what works.
