you are weight lifter, your bicept is probqbly too skinny anyway.

i actually like the idea of coming in the back way. you can go a little heavier by sacrificing form 4 the last 2 reps. get your eating habits under control, add some cardio and soon you may transform from weight lifting to form freak body builder. lotsaluck, take care!

How much weight have you gained, and what is the difference in BF?
Also, how much did your lifts increase ?
 
I have no goals to be a bodybuilder; strenght is my goal.

The before and after weight is stated in the top post.
dunno about my lifts actually..
 
Okay thats cool. Though you gained quite a bit of muscle, even if your goals were not hypertrophy. What are your plans now? Are you going to continue trying to gain weight or you just going to cut back alittle fat then try to gain more strength?
 
Only just noticed these mate, looking noticably bigger, your really improving from your last pics.

I need a proper cam, so i can get my f*cked up body on this forum :)
 
Damn Karky, I see a lot of progress in the back. Much bigger back and lats. For some reason the current front pic isn't loading for me, though.
 
your upper body has definetly gotten bigger :D your legs got bigger too! big difference in the legs. your legs are stronger than they look im sure(nothing bad about that. i wish my legs were stronger than they look!).

I said that you probably won't post pics because you're afraid everyone will be reminded of how much bigger your head is than the rest of your body - because you are tall, skinny and weak. Also I implied that you are squirmy like a bug, and various other impugning or derogatory assessments of your physiological development, your intellect, the size of your penis, the crook of your head, your ethnicity, your sociocultural development and that of your tribe, your spiritual beliefs and some other things, but I can't be explaining the full depths of my wit so try to read gooder mmkay?

Hey did you still need that cd-key? I think I remember that the first one you got didn't work, but I didn't really pay any attention after that. 'Cause I'mma be cleaning up tomorrow (moving soon).
