This was from last September, when i worked out at home every once in a while.

And this was taken today, after 3 months of actual training at the gym, and after about a month of actually keeping track of my calories and everything, and actually eating healthy.

yeah biggie!! yeah! ur arms look bigger. and your pecs look better. but just outta curiousity, how much weight did u gain? btw, nice plasma tv in the background.
 
Thanks! I gained about 10 pounds since September. That was before i even started eating healthy and a lot though. It's funny cuz i used to be really skinny, like my hip bones would stick out, but they don't anymore, which is great. Thanks, i love our tv too it's awesome.
 
your upper chest got bigger and "harder" looking, nice job. I thought ur abs were nice in the first pic as well, slightly more defined in second.
 
do you take protein shakes? in my opinion, those are a must. i made huge gains by taking 3 shakes a day, and just a regular ol' diet.
 
Well actually i take a weght gainer shake. Becuase i figured that i already get way more protein than i need, a alittle over 200 grams a day, but i still wasn't getting enough calories. So the weight gainer shake gives me a lot of carbs too.
 
wait, how much do you weigh? and ur getting 200 g protein a day? thats damn good. weight gainer sounds great too, i wanna get some of those for the winter hehe
 
I only weigh 135 pounds. I get most of my protein from milk, and then foods. Sometimes, very rarely, i get almost 300 grams of protein. The weight gainer shakes are great, they really add a lot of calories to your diet. I also take less then the recommended amount, and just mix it with like 3 cups of milk, so i get the same amount of everything, but the weight gainer lasts longer, instead of just like 8 times like the tub says.
