Progress Pics- Bulking

Just wanted to post this topic and get back to it later. I plan on updating pics here for bulking. My goal for bulking up is to add 1 pound of good mass a week and stay in my 34 inch pants along the way. Wish me luck.

Edit: Here was my Cutting accomplishment. This was only a loss of 10 pounds.

I probably would have been a stick if I cutted 20 more pounds; so thats why I decided to start bulking. Brother says gotta do something about glasses LMAO

Here is my leg. Enjoy. My progress pics will mostly be upperbody but once a month I'm going to post my leg so I can see my Quads Explode!! Can't see too much of it now, but I'm going to start getting back into squatting.
 
nice work, any advice on how you cut?

All I did was eliminate junk food and ate more protein. I ate 6 meals a day of clean food and made sure each one had 30 grams of protein (1.3x my muscle weight). And I drank alot of water. I learned that if you don't be consistent your not going to see results.

Bulking is going okay. My weight is jumpy so I don't know if its gaining/losing or just staying the same.

My parents bought me an Athletic Trainer at World Gym. I'm somewhat excited. He knows alot about Speed and such and knows what hes talking about. I get to meet him Tuesday for my first session. Its just it cost alot of money so I'm going to be forced into getting a job to help pay for it; not that I wanted a trainer in the first place but my parents insisted....
 
thanks, and good luck with the trainer. make sure he knows exactly what your goals are.
