@deannnaa Well, for breakfast I'd have scrambled eggs with a little ketchup, some turkey bacon, and some sort of fruit - usually grapes or blueberries. I'd also take a multivitamin and some form of fibre. For a snack I'd have yogurt or cheese. Lunch would be chicken or salmon and a salad. Again, I'd have some fibre. Snack would be carrots. Dinner would be a lean meat, salad, other veggies, maybe a little wild rice, and more fibre. I tried not to have a bedtime snack.

congratulations! i definatley see a huge difference in your tummy. you look muuuch slimmer. just keep going, never give up youll be at your goal in no time! goodluck!
