Problems.

Okay,
So i am a regular trainer,
but i am having a problem.

I am bulking and i can't seem to get enough calories. I eat and eat and drink 3 protein shakes a day, one is even a gainer. I know im not gaining like i should because i went to my cardiologist for my 3 week exam and he said i look thinner in the face.

Any ideas on ways to get good easy calories?

I like to snack on nuts. Are you weighing yourself? I don't know if I'd just go by what my cardiologist said about my face.
 
yeah i dropped three pounds. idk how. i went from 181 to 178 and 176 and im increasing in strength and some in size. but im not gaining weight like i should.
