Problems with foot

Other than my usual unable to sit for long periods because of my tight glutes, I'm having a lot of problems with my right foot. I have been get shocking cramps through it and then residual pain the next day. Is there anyway I could go about fixing this?

Stretch ur toes. grab them and bend up and down. Also try stretching like ur trying to relieve a charlie horse, palm against underside of foot/toes and push towards the shin. U should feel a nice easy stretch

Try reducing your spin classes and check the seat-pedal distance during spinning. Your leg needs to be at an angle at the lowest point when cycling, if your leg is almost straight then you are forcing your knee joint too much.

Are you experiencing this pain on the bottom when applying weight on it after periods of rest? Have you consulted a sports medicine physician?

i've had plantar fasciitis. no fun. i used a massage therapist that worked with people having chronic pain. he helped me sooooo much. i definitely would try!! leg muscles are connected to our feet and when they are tight they pull on the foot. it's worth a try!!

look up some foot massage on youtube, somthing of this nature, definatly a nerve problem with the word "shocking" this happens with excess "foot beating/tramas" I guess you could say with lack of rest inbetween tramas, and can split/tear up the tissue to the point were the nerves are now getting aggitated, sry for any spelling errors.
your solution, massage, streach and GO easy on your feet for a good while. if you don't damage can become more prevalent GL
edit: evo got it, Plantar fasciitis :)

in addition to the great tips above, get into some good quality orthotics. to truly get plantar fascitis to heal you also need to prevent excessive pronation or flattening of your feet while weight bearing. the orthotics will help with arch support to prevent this (pronation). off the shelf orthotics ie. superfeet are good, but a custom - functional pair would be better.
