Problem with My Arms

I have problems with getting my arms to build muscle. I get great results with my abs and legs, but my arms still remain skinny. Is there any special workout that I can do to get better results in my arms? Also, what is a recommended workout for the upper chest? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :D
 
I can defiantly say for chest use press ups, as just within a month ive been able to get my chest big with the shape. I tend to do around 100 pres sups in a day every 2 days.
As for Biceps, just do bicep curls with dumbbells around 8-12 reps per set using as much weight as you can handle (not over doing it). Within 2 weeks if you regularly tend to do it every 2 -3 days you’ll defiantly see differences.
You need to remember though, always eat especially after workout.
I had to eat allot of food with protein to see differences, its a hard job but I defiantly saw improvements as I had hardly any muscle and now im half way there.

if you want bigger arms, you have to train the triceps. biceps look nice, and should be a part of your routine, but as far as adding sheer mass to your arms, you have to train the triceps. i recommend doing close grip (tricep) dips. Those are, if not the best, one of the best tricep exercises. skullcrushers and close grip bench are also great.
 
if you want bigger arms you should try not to focus on them to much!!!
your biceps get a huge workout when your working out your back.
if you workout your arms to often you will overtrain them and youll see absolutley no results.
workout your bi's and tri's once a week with a max of 4-5 sets, youll notice a huge difference in no time!!!
