problem with legs..help!

i'm 5'7'', 120 lbs. skinny legs.
i've been working on getting more definition on my quads and hams and it's working well ....BUT i've noticed that right above my knee cap there's a little bit of fat deposit, and let's face it -- it doesn't look pretty.
is there any way of getting rid of that or reducing it at least?

i've been working on my legs like crazy and doing the protein thing
