Problem bulking.

Hey guys, I'm having a problem right now bulking up.

I weigh 120lbs (very hydrated)
and I'm 5'(9-10)" at age 15.

I Bought Vince Delmonte's program "no nonsense muscle building" in November. I'm in week 3 of his 6 month bulking phase right now. I was 102lbs a few months ago but very little of my weight gain came from muscle most of it was from water I think (since I don't look fatter or more muscular).

I'm very skinny and I did gain some muscle on my lower chest and the side of my shoulders and also my legs. Other than that nothing

What Confuses me is that I came home from my workout today and I wasn't sore at all. During the workout I was extremely sore and It hurt me a lot every rep. Just as I am done my workout the soreness goes away and I'm not even tired. This has happened to me before and it frustrates me a lot. I don't think I recovered that quick from such an intense workout because I didn't notice any muscular growth when I came home.

What am I doing wrong? Am I not eating enough or what could I be doing wrong?

Please answer.

Firstly don't concern yourself with'bulking', just be regular with lifting. At 15 your testosterone will not be up to max levels for a few more years so your ability to add muscle isn't at your full potential. However you will still gain muscle bulk through lifting say 5 by 5 sets, reps of weights that you can manage. If you can lift a certain weight easily at 10 reps you are going too light. Stick to military press, bench, squat and deadlift for a few months with pull/chin ups to help.
Secondly, at 15 your metabilism is going crazy esp you being the height and weight you are so just keep eating clean good foods.
Thirdly sorry to say this but you wont see any results for ar least 2 months, but don't let that stop you. This is a gradual process, keep at it be consistant, lift heavy, rest well and eat well and you will get your 'bulking'.

Alright thanks for the reply,

but, the program said that i could put on a said 10+ lbs of muscle in six months if I work hard enough. At this rate 10lbs does not look like a possibility at all. I'm still confused about the soreness issue, can you answer that please?

soreness could be from what stuff you done through the day, i know if i was doing some labour intensive work during the day then work out i feel sore during not after. Other think could be that when lifting might be bad form that making it hurt, ask advice from trainer or old pro's at your gym. If your lifting light weight with high reps, you may feel like your putting in a lot of effort, with movement you are but your muscles are not working hard enough to feel sore after. Also muscles usually feel sore on the second day, but because you are working out on second day, they get stretched and warmed up so they may not get the soreness. I wouldn't worry too much bout soreness just concentrate on your form and right weight yor lifting.
