breakfast: 2 breakfast bars + milk
lunch: 6" sub + milk + 1/2 banana + 1/2 orange + diet dr pepper
dinner: 6" sub + milk + 1/2 banana + 1/2 orange + diet dr pepper
snack/protein: 2 fat free chocolate jello pudding cups and a glass of milk
machinepress: 3 sets of 12
machinerows: 3 sets of 12
machinetriceps: 3 sets of 12
machinebiceps: 3 sets of 12
machinequadriceps: 3 sets of 12
machinecalves: 3 sets of 20
machineabs: 3 sets of 20

treadmill: 3.0mph 30minutes + 2 minute cooldown
felt pretty good, so I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself often... but I couldn't help myself... I knew I was lighter, so I got on the scale and I was 311 at the gym scale and my rule of thumb like I've stated before is 3lbs... 2lbs for shoes 1lb for clothes... so that would make me 308lbs which puts me 3lbs away from one of my short term goals which is 305.. I'm thinking I'll be able to hit that sometime this week or sometime early next week

which makes me happy
