snack during work- banana+small energy drink
lunch: 6" sub + milk + oj + 1/2 banana + 1/2 orange + half bottle of water
drank during workout- small red gatorade 2 glucosamine/2 amino acid/2 multivitamin
dinner: 6" sub + milk + 1/2 banana + 1/2 banana + diet cherry vanilla dr. pepper
protein/snack: 2 fat free jello pudding cups and a small glass of milk

machinepress: 3 sets of 12
machinerows: 3 sets of 12
machinetriceps: 3 sets of 12

felt pretty good, so I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself often... but I couldn't help myself... I knew I was lighter, so I got on the scale and I was 311 at the gym scale and my rule of thumb like I've stated before is 3lbs... 2lbs for shoes 1lb for clothes... so that would make me 308lbs which puts me 3lbs away from one of my short term goals which is 305.. I'm thinking I'll be able to hit that sometime this week or sometime early next week :) which makes me happy :)

I worked a few hours today but other than that I like to keep sunday as my rest day.. :)

Haha. Yeah, sunday is often my day of rest as well. But after a week of mad workout, you deserve it. Sounds like you're doing great with the food too. Just watch out for the energy drinks. Those things are pretty high cal. Hope you had a wonderful day and have another great one tomorrow!
