down another .8lbs from last week witch is good i weighed myself again today i think the turkey made it threw my system "ate it all weekend" because now i weight 261... instead of 263something witch was yesterdays weigh in... go figure... anyways bumping cardio up to 6 times a week again... i just feel better when i do cardio 6x a week...
 
Hey Primevci, best of luck with getting down to 220 or even better <200. Aiming for that myself. Always first few weeks the weight seems to go off fast? then a steady 1-3lb a week, being consistent.
 
Me too, I feel like I have to exercise for 6-7 days a week or I wont see results. That's just the way my horrible body works. It's kind of a nuisance because I have to drive an unnecessary 40 mins to the university gym on the weekends but I'm hoping it'll pay off.

maybe i will but 180 seems so far away.. i need to do baby step goals... :).. my gym is only 15 mins plus a i got a a norditrac c2300 something treadmill at home
 
Ah today's workout was awesome followed up by even better awesomeness, about 30mins ago my union called me told me they had a job for me i have been laid off for 2 months scraping buy on my wife's income "thank god for her" and my unemployment benefits, i start on Monday and get back to my normal paychecks and this job is at Boeing and will roll over into the new intel fab being built im so friggin excited!!! weird thing though is in need a passport to work at Boeing but i have that covered and i thought Intel security was bad :patriot: ...
