Pre-workout meal

Got a question about a pre-workout meal. I eat a whole bagel with cream cheese and make a shake out of 3 raw eggs, berries, yogurt and some milk. How is this?
 
is your workout based around losing weight or gaining muscle??? if you are going for gaining, this is a great pre workout meal...anything with high protein and carbs will do it. Try to wait an hour then work out; that is when you will get the best energy from the meal. I also hear that chocolate will boost your energy for a workout...use in MODERATION.
