Well I am meant to be eating about 1500 but the last two days has been a bit less than that .. 1400 one day and 1300 today (although I am not going to eat any more today.. I am currently stuffed - over ate on rare lean Steak .. mmmmm LOL )
I didn't weigh myself today so not sure if I Have lost over the last two days... will check it out tomorrow.
As for exercise, I am doing some brisk walking (as little as 20 mins and as much as an hour per day - varies day to day) and using the Wii Boxing thing.. nothing too strenuous at the moment I have an injured knee that needs to recuperate, and I need to lose more before beggining any major exercise program.
