I'm going back on a diet. I did well in February, went from about 225 to 218. Aiming to 210 or less by the end of March. Going to post my weight every few days in here and keep track.

3/2/14 - 218

Goal for March: 210
 
Today's weigh in: 215

Weekends I struggle the most, so I'm aiming to keep my calories under 2,000 this coming weekend.
 
Hi! You're cruising right along, good work! Our starting weights are similar... what is your goal weight?

Thanks slick , you as well!. My goal weight is 170, though I'd like to get down a little farther than that 150/160ish. I want to look good this summer and maybe go to the beach ;P - I dropped from a 36 waist to 34 last month, and now the 34s are getting a little loose. I don't see my gut shrinking yet.

Maybe we can work towards it together, looks like you have the same goals as well. It's definitely doable, I did it back in 2007/08 here and got to 170.

Steady so far, might be able to exceed my goal of <210 by the end of the month at this pace. It's the weekend now, so now the challenge begins. I had a bagel w/ cream cheese for breakfast. I plan on eating a couple fiber one bars and/or yogurt throughout the day, then have a meatball sub w/ provolone for dinner.
 
Eh, weekend could of went better. I did okay on Saturday, but went all out Sunday with burger/chili fries/milkshake from a burger joint. I enjoyed it though, lol.

I'd like to be 211 by the end of the week, seems like the easy weight is off and now its become challenging.
 
Today's weigh in: ~212, scale kept going back and fourth between 210-213

Thanks weightloser1 :) I hope you're getting results as well, it takes time but it can be done.

Met my goal for the week, and month already!!! I'm going to try and keep pace, and aim for 207 for the end of the month. If I can reach it, I'll have a head start for April. The journey continues

Started exercising yesterday by riding my bike. I plan to start riding it 3-4x a week, maybe more in the summer. My diet is getting better as well, had honey nut cheerios for breakfast, plan to have some grapes/fiber one as snacks and brown sugar oatmeal for dinner.
 
Good job Prakas! I hope you hit your early goal of 207. I, myself, have been floundering badly!

Thanks Loch! It gets tougher and tougher to shed pounds after the first few. Oh no! Well today is Monday, start fresh ;)
