opinions greatly appreciated on this machine and what it can do...have been offered a job working with these and feel very strongly about working with something i believe in myself... JP much and all as i slag you off...would value your opinion on this....
 
I have never heard of them to be honest. Do you have a link to a site or something? I would be happy to check them out and scrutinize them for you. I admire your values for selling only things that you believe in.
 
but this is their site...so obviously its all pro the benefits. Let me know what you think. Ive taken the job as will be a start for me..and think they may have rehabilitation benefits etc...but cant see the weighttraining benefits myself. let me know what you think. Thanks!

yeah u see i wanted to laugh at first too...but iv tawt to give em a go. If nothin else I'll have practice dealing with and instructing people on an everyday level.

hmmm...tanx for this cos im finding it hard to find any research out myself! What do you think about it all now? Some of the stuff written is a bit hard for me to understand as I only know the training basics at the moment and dont have any sports science knowledge...
 
Sindydoll, what unit is it ? A next generation ( plastic ) or a classic ( stainless steel ).

If you want to know about anything to do with vibration training , ask me anytime. I own 14 studios dedicated to it and also build units for athletes and the disabled..
 
Vibration plate training - help please

I'm new here, Hi folks, this is my first post.
Can anyone tell me of a book or a CD or a video with advice on training using a vibration plate machine?
I've been looking on the www for hours and haven't found anything.
Help!!
