powerballs/fbw

I got a powerball for christmas and just wondering if you guys have used them before and have got any results? also planning on knuckling down on a fullbody this year to get bigger/stronger/faster for the rest of this season/ the coming season of rugby, just a real basic, raw fbw along the lines of this;

A
Deadlift
Bench
Bentover Row

B
Parallel squat
Military Press
Chin up

C
Bulgarian Split Squat
Dips
Cleans

with possibly some more oly style pulls included somewhere.
 
it's a fun toy and is pretty good for the wrists ... used as training for pitchers and other sports that have focus on the wrists.
