Power to the People

I've been reading this ebook called "power to the people" by Pavel Tsatsouline. Anyone know about this guy? He's really into kettlebells. A lot of useful information in the ebook and some workouts that look interesting, like the deadlift + bench press only workout.

I'm wondering if any of you have heard good/bad things about him or his programs.
 
he's smart. power to the people is a great book. one can get very strong by training frequently with a controlled volume(russian bear program he talks about).
 
Well I've been using this training method for the past month and a half, and it kicks ass. The only thing I have to avoid is performing the 10-20 sets because I'd have to eat way too much to compensate for that level of muscle breakdown. I have to say it's one of the only strength training routines I've ever tried that gives me both strength and mass.
