hey Brago63 agian anyway I'm a bit confused you see I'm skinny but I seem to have a bit of a pot belly now what I want to do is flaten my stomach instead of it poping out and what I'm confused about is it does not feel like fat it feels a hard but not enogh to be rock hard but my stomach still seems to be poping out even thogh I've been weight training for about 5 months
