Dude is so jacked. Talk about a goal.

Great post!

My ultimate "dream look" is Megan Good! I think once I lose the weight I will have a similar body type to hers:

Another inspiration is Angela Simmons...She recently lost 15 pounds and looks even more beautiful (in pink):

I don't want my body to look like this per se, but she has got an awesome body!! If I was more into fitness Teyana Taylor would be inspiring

here's mine.
it's not about comparing yourself to others and having expectations that can't be met.. it's about having a drive. something to attain in yourself. i would love to see what everyone else keeps in the back of their mind!

Well, people will probably laugh at me but I don't care.

My motivational example was Hayden Christiensen in revenge of the sith. I am the exact same height as him so It was interesting to me learning that he was normally only 160 pounds and actually had to work out like mad for three months for those results. (It must be so nice to be able to devote hours a day to it with a personal trainer and get results that fast.)

It made me set my goals even more extreme and work all the harder toward them, because if nothing else it shows you it can be done. Most successful people say to aim high and be happy if you get even half way there, be even happier if you get all the way there or more.

On a side note I reached my original goal this week. 180 pounds. Back when even I questioned whether I could do it in the back of my mind and everyone told me I could never be 180 pounds I set that goal. Now it's come and gone and my new goal is 160 pounds, or whatever weight I land at when I get to a low bodyfat percentage that I am comfortable with. So the other moral of the story is tune out the detractors in life, because sometimes it seems as though people have a vested interest in keeping you down.

I usually do not have one, but this is my new goal.

Not the girl, but the costume.

I will be wearing that come Halloween!

I Wouldn't Mind Looking Like...

Khloe Kardashian.

She is considered the "bigger" sister, but I think she has a great body. It's soft and curvy. Her boobs are not huge like Kim's, and she has thick thighs like I imagine I will when I lose the weight. Wish I had that height though!

Every Day Visualise A Slim Version of You-It Works

my goal is to lose enough weight so that I am happy with the image I see when I look in the mirror, and I am liking what I see more and more every week.

My Faves

I would start out by saying I would want to be at least 10 + lbs heavier than all of these ladies because if the camera adds 10 pounds as they say, they girls are scary thin in real life!

Jessica Simpson just looks so femine to me. I love that she can be thin and still rock some soft curves.

I would love to be the size and shape of Lily Allen and Daisy Lowe in these pictures...and to be able to wear funky clothes like that!

My biggest inspiration is just getting this body back...the third pic is me 5 years ago.

Bar Rafaeli.. Doesn't look so scary skinny for a model.. It's weird because I looked up her measurements, weight and height and I think if I would drop down to 120 pounds I would look like a skeleton.. But in my wildest dreams, with a body like that I would walk around in a bikini all the time.. :)

Anyone of these please, I wanna rock this type of fashion and can only do that with a petite body, haha!

It's either going to be an extremely tough or impossible... but there's nothing wrong with dreaming:p

Once upon a time, 6 years and 60lbs ago, i was shaped like this. Now, I'm on a mission to get my body back!
