Since Manofkent must be away temporarily, I will post this here and hope to get some feedback here.
This is just very generalized. I'll write up individual exercises for each later on.

8 x 10/ 8 x 10/ 8 x 15/ 8 x 12

Abs / Shoulders / Legs
4 x 20 / 8 x 12/ 8 x 12

Rest

Reason I like this is because I did a day of just the upper back, and pecs, and the next day, it actually hurt. This is something that I did not feel in a while...it feels good to say the least..
What do you guys think?
