It's been a while since I've worked my biceps so I know that part of the pain I'm feeling is from them doing some focus work. But I noticed that after my workout Monday night, starting Tuesday and coming into today (Wed.), where the bend is in my arm just below my bicep, I have an excruciating pain when I try to extend my arm out fully. (I believe it's where tyndons connect the upper muscles to forearm muscles?) Could this be due to a pulled tyndon perhaps, or maybe just an over exerted muscle? and should I not work out for a day or so until it is feeling better, so as not to cause any damage? Or should I just do extremely light weights? Tonight is my night to do chest, triceps, shoulders, abs and cardio, so I'm a little worried about doing those exercises and hurting my arm more? Thanks
