Popular Programs

Have been lifting for over a year now and made some great progress. I have not been following any sort of program or anything, I just kind of do my own thing. Usually lifting ~6 days a week with switching off upper body and lower everyday. I have kind of been looking for a program to try out to see if I get any different results but don't want to waste my time googling my arse off trying to find a good one. Does anybody know of any good/popular ones that have been proven time and again? Really hope there isn't a sticky on this somewhere because I have trolled around a bit looking for one.
