Answering the question, yea i feel most times i could of worked more intense/lifted heavier weight etc. I go with a couple of mates and they find it hard to get me out of the gym! Theyll be ready to leave after roughly a hour whilst i still feel iv got another half hour left in me so thats why i feel like that i had a poorer workout.
But in reality i no i dont have poor workouts or else i wouldnt be seeing results![]()
