oh GOSH GIRLY see my problem is that i love to eat. all the time. ALLL THE TIME. do you think about food? like, hwo do you keep your mind off of it so that ur not constantly wanting to eat?? argh!!

so my workout is usually like this:

M W F = 10M cardio warmup, 30M cardio elliptical + 30M Weights and strength training
T TR Sat = 30M of couch to 5k (running, basically) + 30M strength + core training
Sunday = 10M warmup, 15M HIIT

thats basically it.

I EAT SO MUCH THOUGHH UGGHH!! all the time. how do u really curb ur cravings?

WOW - So you don't take a break from working out? Interesting.. I dont work out Saturdays and Sundays..
Sounds like a good routine though!

My cravings - frankly I want to reach my ideal weight SO BADLY that nothing in the world is going to stop me. No cravings - Nothing!! :)
I always look at the big picture. Of course I do know that I'll need to maintain my weight once I get there but I'm looking forward to that too!
 
Good News & Bad News

Well,

The Bad news is that I still freakin' weigh 133.0 lbs! It's crazy! I haven't cheated or done anything wrong but I guess it's the last 10-12 lbs that are most difficult to lose! (Come on scale)
I can't wait to see 129 now! :)

The Good news is that I bought a pair of jeans.......

IT'S a SIZE 6!!!!!!! yay!! :)

I was always a size 8 for pants and jeans!! So, Ann Taylor is the one I choose to be my judge...I normally wear size 8 for the non-stretch work pants. I went to the mall today and tried a size 6...fit perfectly well!
(BUT I didn't buy the pants cuz I want to lose MOREEE..)

Anyway, I want to be 130lbs by the 14th of Feb 2009 - That is my Mini goal of the week..!

Will keep my Diary updated! :hurray:

Well, I couldn't weigh myself on the 13th, 14th or 15th of Feb - toooo much clubbing! :) So for the Valentine's Day challenge I weighed in late on the 16th and I was 131.4.
I didn't reach my goal (obviously) but I'm happy I got over my 2 week plateau of 133 lbs!

11 more lbs to go now!

I don't think I'm very good with this whole diary thing...:S I wonder if I should delete it? :blush5:

Till then...

I might as well post my NEW routine now..I've been at it since the last week and that might be a factor in helping me get over the plateau.

Here goes:

Monday: HIIT(30 Mins) + Fullbody Workout (60 Mins)
Tuesday: Cardio (60 mins) + Stretching (15 mins)
Wednesday: HIIT(25 Mins) + Fullbody Workout (60 Mins)
Thursday: Cardio (60 mins) + Stretching (15 mins)
Friday: HIIT(25 Mins) + Fullbody Workout (60 Mins)

Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Details:
HIIT comprises of:

5 Min Warm up
Sprint 30 Sec @ 9.0 mph (or sometimes 8.5)
Jog/walk 90 Sec @ 4.5 - 5.0 mph (or sometimes 3.8)
Repeat for 15 mins
Cool down 3-5 Mins


Full Body workout comprises of:

I do different routines for the following body parts:
Shoulders
Biceps
Triceps
Chest
Back
Legs
Abs

Cardio (60 mins) comprises of either one of the following:

Elliptical
Bike
Climber

I'm going to continue this routine for about 6-8 weeks and take it from there.. :)


P.S: Diet-wise I'm still doing 1000 Cals/Day

omgosh TOM hit and i am feeling great...
no cramps or moodiness but....
i gained a couple of pounds D:
lol i had no clue it was that again
until it actually happened... and suddenly
the weight gain made sense xD

wow and nice workout =P
keep up the hard work!

There is very obviously a huge change! You must be feeling so proud of yourself. Keep up the good work! You're an inspiration :0). :hurray:
 
So from this week on I've changed my 'rest' days to Wednesday and Thursday..I hope that works out well.
I reckoned I could have more time at the gym during the weekend.

I felt SOOOOOOOOOOO awesome today at work!! I was talking to this woman about calories (I never talk about it unless I'm asked) and the guy sitting next to me looks at me and says "What the hell are you counting calories for? You're a STICK!" :party:

OMG - I wanted to jump up and hug him! hahaha... but I just brushed it of with "Noooo, you think?" + a smile...I think I did well there.. lollll..

ANYWAY a lot of people telling me that I'm not eating enough... It's funny cuz I don't feel that and I'm not the kind of person who can starve herself into losing weight.. SO here's what I ate and going to eat today - tell me if you think it's less!?!

Breakfast: Coffee(@ 8:00 AM) + Oatmeal(@ 9:15 AM)
Lunch: Half cup tomato soup + Veggie & Grilled Chicken Sandwich (11:45 AM)

Snacks: Oatmeal Raisin cookie (weightwatchers) +Coffee (2:30 PM)
Apple (4:00 PM)
Workout: (6-7:30 PM)
Dinner: Scrambled Eggwhites + 2 Multigrain slices of Bread (8:30 PM)

NOW...HOW in the world can I eat more than that? lolll...

Anyway, I really do hope that I reach my goal weight of 120lbs by 1st of April cuz on the 2nd I leave for Switzerland!! Going on a 10 day vacation!! My best friends are there... I'm SO excited.. !!
 
switzerland is lovely... and sooooo beautiful! you will truly enjoy it.
dont worry if people say you arent eating enough calories...
whatever leaves you satisfied is great..
no one else can tell you how you feel after you are done eating =P
 
129 (ish)!!!!!!!!

Weekend workout was AWESOME....got a lot of time to do the workouts well!
Friday HIIT +full body
Saturday Elliptical 60 mins
Sunday HIIT + fullbody
I'm very proud of the fact the my maximum speed has been increased from 9 mph to 9.5 mph on the treadmill...although I don't do that all the time only ONCE during the workout..

Today I have to do the elliptical and I have my bellydancing class...I don't think I've mentioned before but I have been belly dancing for a year and a half now! It's SOOOOOOOOO much fun! I absolutely love it! I have classes once a week...

SO, yesterday for the first time the scale went to the 120's....!!!!! of course it was not a big deal cuz it was like 129.8...hehehe..but OH well, I'm allowed to be happy for a bit..!

Down with the flu I think...so I'm sucking it up at work right now! :(
