Sport poo size

Don't you think its strange that when you go to do a choad and try so hard to get the bastard out it ends up being so small:) and when you cant even feel it come out it's the size of a boat! is it just me or am i not alone?

I love your threads

I think the reason you have to push out the small ones is because it's hard for your bowel to clamp down in them and push them out. If you get that often you may well be dehydrated
 
You've got an obsession with poo. Go see the appropriate doctor.

But I know what you're talking about. and it's friggin annoying.

And if you are struggling to get it out you're not eating enough fiber

Remember to eat fiber on Christmas eve and Mr. Hanky will come to visit you
 
Great points! Crank up the fiber (gradually or you won't be a happy camper) and consume more water. Should make your experiences more pleasant, lol.
 
he doesnt have an obssession with poo he is right
when u have to really push it hard and cant produce a big product..lol..it is due to the lackof fiber/water in your diet that perticular day..and when u eat more fibres it not only makes a big mess but it clense your intestines and clean u out, if u have eaten any thing like cereals/wheat or any fibrous fruit like apple etc your poo is big and that is a healthy poo.
 
Apart from when it feels like you are giving birth :eek:
