poll: what is your favorite excercise?

Deadlift - Conventional and Sumo are my favorite variations.
 
Pull-ups...strict, with the chest out...yummy!!!

Huff, agreed with the single-leg RDL...they are largely underused (like most isolateral movements:(...)
 
i look forward to training biceps and triceps, my upper arms are my best muscle group, so it gives most satisfaction to train them with heavy weights :)
i personally dislike squatting the most of all ! (don't have smiths machine / rack here at home, so have to train with partner (bro :p ) and always have to lift weight from ground to my shoulders cuz i can't really lift the weight my legs can carry over my head, which is quite troublesome -_- )
 
I like squats, walking lunges with the rear leg raising as you come up, and my new found love are dead lifts.
