Point In Right Direction Please

Hi,

Im 21 years old and my body is made skinny, wrists and all. Recently to try and put a bit of "beef" on I ate alot, but whats happened is I have a little beer-belly stomach now and my arms are still skinny.

Can anyone give me advise on how I can make my arms bigger and also what kind of "at-home" workout routine I can do to get into shape in the arms and abs.

Emm... not really 100% but your typical 21 year old diet lol. Take outs at times, alot of fizzy juice etc.

I had done this my whole life and got away with it as I had high-metabolism but eventually it caught up with me...

I've calmed down now on it but I still have it at times to be honest. I want to know what I should be eating for breakfast and lunch etc.
