I am determined to do this! I feel like I have lost and gained the same 20-25 lbs my whole life! Actually...... I have. I am hoping with all your support I can stick to this. My plan is to eat 1 serving of oatmeal for brkfst, 1 fruit for snack, popcorn or salad for lunch and my dinner @ 4pm will be tuna salad or bocca burgers. I will walk 1 hour, 5 days a week. I am hoping the big change will be visiting you all daily. I posted under Clubs that I was curious if there were any over 50 clubs or over 40 clubs. I was thinking that my circumstances and challenges as a 53yr old would be far different than a 22 yr old. Having thought that through....... support is support and I welcome it from anyone.
