I am determined to do this! I feel like I have lost and gained the same 20-25 lbs my whole life! Actually...... I have. I am hoping with all your support I can stick to this. My plan is to eat 1 serving of oatmeal for brkfst, 1 fruit for snack, popcorn or salad for lunch and my dinner @ 4pm will be tuna salad or bocca burgers. I will walk 1 hour, 5 days a week. I am hoping the big change will be visiting you all daily. I posted under Clubs that I was curious if there were any over 50 clubs or over 40 clubs. I was thinking that my circumstances and challenges as a 53yr old would be far different than a 22 yr old. Having thought that through....... support is support and I welcome it from anyone. Talk to you tommorrow!
 
Welcome! You will definately find support here, so don't worry. The only thing I see "wrong" with your plan is variety. I hope you don't plan on eating the same thing every day. You'll get bored with it, and eventually go off of it because you'll want something different.

The walking is excellent, and I hope that you can finally lose and keep off those 25lbs that seem to be stuck to you!. Good luck on your journey!
