what is the difference between polymetrics and plyometrics? or are they the same thing and 1 is just a common misspelling/mispronounciation of the other?

for football we do polymetrics alot...they are things like power skips, frog jumps, etc. but i have also heard somewhere else about plyometrics and i have no idea what they are.

what you are describing sounds like plyometrics. I've never heard it called polymetrics, it may just be a misspelling. poly means more than one... i'm not sure what that would indicate as far as workouts go.
