How Hard was your Personal Trainer test?

Well, you've already been given all the advice for help that you're going to get. None of us have any idea about that certifying body apparently, so we have no idea what they test for, what their texts look like, etc. You're the one with the text, the study materials, etc etc etc
 
The only advice anyone can give is for you to study, if you have a specific question on a specific topic, THEN ASK! But if not, we can't tell you what to study because it doesn't look like anyone here has taken it.

You want advice? Make flash cards. lol
 
Ok I apologize for acting like a 4 year old your right if i have a Question i should ask so im sory! I think i got it all down pat noe though.
 
Well, good luck. Don't take this the wrong way (and congrats by the way) but let experience be a much better guide than just your study material. I think to many trainers don't have any trench time and are only armed with a book.
