Please help!

Hey all, i know i have posted alot about my problem with loose skin, but the thing is, i kept getting refered to this same website, . Now i think he has some interesting ideas, but is it a general agreement that cutting is best for loose skin? Or would bulking work better? I really would like to hear all of your thoughts on this. Too be honest, i would much rather bulk, but i am afraid the excess skin on my body will look worse. I feel like i am the only person on this website who posts about loose skin,so sorry if your sick of hearing about my concerns, but its a big issue for me. I really want to be a personal trainer, and the last thing i want is have this loose skin on my body remain. It truly does scare and bother me. So, for those of you who are willing to help me, here is my general information. I am 19, 167 pounds and 5'11 and i eat properly, (don't worry, i know how to eat healthy, i lost 127 pounds, thats where the loose skin comes from.) My workout schedule looks like this. Full Body workouts 4 days a week, Cardio ( 4 to 5 miles) 3 to 4 days a week, Jiu Jitsu 3 days a week, Kickboxing 2 days a week. ( Obviouslly all of these workouts are mixed in so i am doing multiple workouts a day.) So hopefully, if you have read all of this, you can help me out, Bulk or Cut? Thanks in advance.

You should consult a dermatologist. You are fortunate to be so young, as that will help your skin's resilience. However, surgery may still be required.

if loose skin is your main priority, then cutting more weight will only produce more loose skin if anything. it wont help your problem.
if i were you, i would bulk. with the added muscle, your skin should tighten up. it depends how much loose skin you have though.
hang in there bro.
i would do a slow bulk!!

i will see a doctor soon about it. And yes deciding what to do is up to me, but i do not want to take myself down the wrong path. I don't want to eat more and gain more weight if it wont help my skin, i don't want to cut weight and run far more than i should if it wont help. And like i said, the only suggestion i have gotten is to bulk. I wouldnt mind hearing other opinions, this website has some great minds when it comes to fitness, so i would like to hear more. Thanks.

See the doctor. Are you honestly going to weigh the professional opinion of a doctor who has examined you with the layman's opinions of strangers you have never met. The doctor trumps all when it comes to your skin.
